Job Duties

Your role: 

Reporting to the Dispatch and Linehaul Manager, this position is responsible for managing a group of Linehaul and P&D drivers. The Dispatch Supervisor will be expected to plan and organize driver routes on a daily basis to service our customers. implement the operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules/procedures, resolve work-related issues, and coordinate with other departments where necessary.  Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a group of city drivers, as well as assist with Linehaul dispatch duties,
  • Planning and forecasting of city routes based on pick-up and delivery volumes.

Currently we are looking for Dock workers/Forklift operators. (Hiring Immediately)

This is a Call as required position. We require 24 hours availability for this position. Premiums will be paid on (Afternoons, Evenings and Graveyard Shifts)

Responsibilities: 

Working in a busy warehouse environment, you will be responsible for loading, cross-docking, and unloading freight to maximize the efficient delivery of customer goods while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse environment/cross dock experience considered an asset
  • Must be available for Graveyard/Night shifts (10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.)
  • Ability to lift 75lbs and hand-bomb freight
  • Experience operating a counterbalance forklift (1+ years)
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test for illegal substance and criminal background check (company paid)
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (transit times do not correspond with shift times)
